At Clear Horizons

At Clear Horizons, we offer a spacious fully equipped classroom for your meetings, seminars, workshops, and special events.  The space is equipped with seating for approximately 50 people, an ample supply of conference tables and seminar tables, four deluxe massage tables, several mounted whiteboards, a built-in projection screen, a small TV monitor (with cable service), DVD and VCR. A VGA projector for computer-based presentations is also available for a nominal additional charge. 

One of the walls is mirrored for your activity-based programs.  The space includes two large bay windows with blinds.  Room dimensions are approximately 18’ x 28’.  Overhead incandescent lighting is recessed, with dimmer. For larger groups or continuing education classes requiring extra massage table setup, an adjacent classroom annex (10’x14’) is available to meet your additional table space or privacy requirements.  Treat your audience to a deluxe environment for your next event. 

A classroom reservation retains space for your exclusive use at an affordable hourly, half-day (4-hour), daily (8-hour), or weekly rate.  A 25% nonrefundable deposit on the classroom reservation fee is due and payable at the time of booking.  See the chart below for the rate schedule.

A Safe Inviting Place for Your Clients to Visit

Clear Horizons offers a spacious, luxurious and relaxing environment for your students and for the conduct of your educational program.  The entire facility is appointed to satisfy the highest standard of decor. The classroom has its own private entrance and is well-separated from other activity areas.  The classroom includes a locking cabinet for property in case you wish to leave the room unattended for a time.  There are ample restroom accommodations for large groups and a number of other amenities to make your gathering a memorable experience.   

The Entrance Foyer and Client Lounge

Your students will immediately enjoy the experience of meeting at Clear Horizons.  The entrance foyer, with its pastoral theme and unique water feature, attunes visitors to our relaxed professional atmosphere and your focus on providing them a quality learning experience. 

The spacious and well-appointed client lounge offers students a comfortable transition from the hustle and bustle of their lives to the nurturing environment that is Clear Horizons.  The client lounge is designed to naturally prepare your audience to appreciate the fullest benefit of your educational event.

The Hospitality Center

Adjoining both client lounge and the classroom is the hospitality center (behind the spiral staircase in the above picture).  For your service requirements, you may use this area to provide refreshments and other amenities to your group as desired.  The hospitality center includes counter space, petite sink, cabinet space, a small refrigerator, core amenities, and appropriate service appliances.

The “lemuria” Network

Commonly known in Internet parlance as a “hot spot”, lemuria is a convenient Wi-Fi network internal to the building with high-speed Internet access via cable modem.  If your classroom needs extend for multiple days, or you visit us often, we can set you up to “surf the net” or access Internet reference material from the classroom, or anywhere else in the building, using your laptop computer’s 802.11b/g wireless network adapter.

lemuria is a secure network.  Authentication is enforced at the hardware level, so to use this service you will need to provide the MAC address of your wireless network adapter (six pairs of hexadecimal digits)  _____-_____-_____-_____-_____-_____  (look for the wireless network adapter’s address label on your computer case, or contact the network administrator for assistance).  Also, all communications on lemuria are encrypted for your privacy.  The network administrator will need to configure your computer’s network connection properties with the required WEP (wireless encryption protocol) security code.

The Web Site

For regular classroom users, you can have your upcoming events advertised on the Web with the Clear Horizons Events Calendar, including a description of your curricula and your personal profile (just prepare all the information in cut-paste-ready Microsoft Word® document format, or consult with the WebMaster if you need assistance).  Make clearhorizons.net your home on the Web.
