At Clear Horizons

At Clear Horizons, we offer beautiful, warm and inviting private therapy rooms for guest practitioners as an economical alternative to leasing permanent space.  This is particularly helpful for new practitioners as well as established practitioners seeking to expand their client base in our locale.  A guest practice reservation retains practice space for your exclusive use at an affordable hourly, half-day (4-hour), or daily (8-hour) rate.  Guest practitioners enjoy the privacy of their own space and the many amenities available at Clear Horizons. 

There are three private therapy rooms available to guest practitioners.  All of them are well-appointed for your image and convenience.  Pricing for guest practice reservations depends upon the space being reserved.  The guest reservation fee is payable at the time of booking.  See the chart below for room specifications and rate schedules.

A Safe Inviting Place for Your Clients to Visit

Clear Horizons offers a spacious, luxurious and relaxing environment for your clients and for the conduct of your practice.  Tranquility and Faery Glen are well-separated from common areas of the building, including enclosed hallway access to the therapy room and convenient private rest room access for your clients. Serendipity is conveniently located adjacent to the intimate client lounge, with three rest room choices available to your clients. 

The Entrance Foyer and Client Lounge

Your clients will immediately enjoy the experience of visiting you at Clear Horizons.  The entrance foyer, with its pastoral theme and unique water feature, attunes visitors to our relaxed professional atmosphere and your focus on providing them a pleasant and memorable experience. 

The spacious and well-appointed client lounge offers visitors a comfortable transition from the hustle and bustle of their lives to the nurturing environment that is Clear Horizons.  The client lounge is designed to naturally prepare your clients to appreciate the fullest benefit of your services to them.

The Hospitality Center

Adjoining the client lounge is the hospitality center (behind the spiral staircase in the above picture).  Residents and guest practitioners use this area to provide refreshments and other amenities to their clients as desired.  The hospitality area includes counter space, petite sink, cabinet space, a small refrigerator, core amenities, and appropriate service appliances.

A Furnished Workspace

Therapy rooms are fully and tastefully furnished. including professional wooden massage tables, stereo sound, and many lighting options. All you need to bring is your skill, and your linens (special arrangements for linens can be made for out-of-town guests). 

On-site Classroom Accommodations

Clear Horizons has a fully-equipped spacious classroom.  Conduct your workshops, seminars and special events right on-site, convenient to your practice.

Pay As You Go

Clear Horizons offers a way to perform your practice in an established environment without upfront costs.  You pay only for the time you use, and you allocate your costs from guaranteed revenue rather than speculation (of course, you own your own calendar - make sure to arrange your client appointments to fill your reserved time - there are no refunds for cancellations or extensions for late arrivals).

Our guest practice environments reflect a professional, well-grounded practice that your clients will appreciate and associate with your professional maturity.  To your clients, its as if your practice was permanently stationed here.  The environment helps you build your business.

The “lemuria” Network

Commonly known in Internet parlance as a “hot spot”, lemuria is a convenient Wi-Fi network internal to the building with high-speed Internet access via cable modem.  “Surf the Net” or access Internet reference material for your clients from anywhere in the building, using your laptop computer’s 802.11b/g wireless network adapter.

lemuria is a secure network.  Authentication is enforced at the hardware level, so to use this service you will need to provide the MAC address of your wireless network adapter (six pairs of hexadecimal digits)  _____-_____-_____-_____-_____-_____  (look for the wireless network adapter’s address label on your computer case, or contact the network administrator for assistance).  Also, all communications on lemuria are encrypted for your privacy.  The network administrator will need to configure your computer’s network connection properties with the required WEP (wireless encryption protocol) security code.

The Web Site

For regular guests, you can have your services advertised on the Web as part of the Clear Horizons portfolio, including a description of your services and your personal profile (just prepare all the information in copy-paste-ready Microsoft Word® document format, or consult with the WebMaster if you need assistance).  Make clearhorizons.net your home on the Web.
