Some Background

The scientific community has been developing theories relating to quantum physics for well over a century, perhaps even beginning with the work of Sir William Hamilton (Hamiltonian Function, 1835).  However, it is only recently that practical applications have begun to appear in the field of bio-physics.  These recent applications of theory have produced some profoundly useful tools for healing that focus on the quantum electrodynamic (QED) properties of the human mind/body system.

At Clear Horizons, we use two of these remarkable tools in our healing practices.  One is the Nutri-Energetics System® (NES), and another is a proprietary infrared light treatment system called the Energy Delivery System® (EDS).  The NES is both a diagnostic system and therapeutic treatment regimen based on QED imprinted substances called Infoceuticals®. (You can learn more about the NES service that we offer here.)  The EDS is a purely therapeutic system (it simply provides input to the body’s energy field).  After using this technology on myself for a while, I’ve come to call it A Tune-up for the Chakra System because that’s what it does for me.

If you are technically inclined, perhaps the most often quoted reference about recent scientific advancements in the field of quantum physics as applied to both the human energy field and the energetic imprinting of water is a piece by Glen Rein, Ph.D., called Biological Effects of Quantum Fields and Their Role in the Natural Healing Process. You won't need a Ph.D. in mathematics to get the gist of this article, but you may want to have a dictionary handy (I needed one). It is a fascinating look at some of the science behind both the NES and the EDS technologies.

What Is The EDS System?

The EDS uses arrays of infrared light that emit programmed frequencies with a holographic imprint.  These light frequency patterns are generated by a proprietary computer program (sample display shown at right)..  The patterns begin as tonal sound patterns that are then transformed by a control unit into their corresponding light frequency patterns.  The control unit transmits the imprinted light patterns to the body through a pair of parallel

array systems of light emitting diodes (LEDs) called transducers (pictured at left). These are placed on the body.  What is special about this arrangement is that the holographic frequency patterns are engineered to be resonant with the naturally therapeutic frequency patterns of the human body’s energy centers (chakras).  What happens is that these emissions correct abnormalities in the body’s energy field sources and then magnify the harmonized result.  

If all this sounds a bit complicated, consider an example. Think about how you might go about fine-tuning a piano with a tuning fork.  When you strike the fork, it makes a sound frequency that stimulates the piano wire of the same key into a sympathetic vibration (it makes sound, too). You then adjust the tension of the piano wire until its sound is purely harmonic with that of the tuning fork.  You know you have it right when the sound of the vibrating wire is not only pleasing but also louder because the energies of the wire and the tuning fork are reinforcing each other.  The difference between the piano and the human mind/body in this analogy is that the body has the amazing ability to adjust its own frequency emissions (it is self-tuning), given a reference source with the right information.  The EDS provides this information.    

Why is This Important?

When the emissions of your energy centers are tuned and stimulated (some would say “when your chakras are open”) this clears your energy pathways (acupuncture meridians) to permit the free flow of energy within your body.  This increased energy flow increases the uptake of oxygen by the cells. Cell oxygenation permits healing to take place, and your internal energy is magnified.  Cell oxygenation improves not only cell metabolism but also the ability of cells to shed toxins.  So beyond the profound pleasure of it, an EDS session improves the effectiveness of other whole body detoxification techniques.  This is why at Clear Horizons we also like to use an EDS session as a preparation for our IonCleanse® detoxifying footbath service.

What Is an EDS Session Like?

You recline on a padded dressed table.  We typically place the transducers at the thymus and the navel.  An EDS session usually takes 15-20 minutes.  When the session begins you might feel a gentle pulsation in your body cavity. You may even feel subtle oddities at first as the light begins to re-align your internal frequency emissions. If this occurs, it is usually quite subtle and lasts only a very short time.  During the session, this effect may recur from time to time as the EDS progresses through six major body systems (central nervous system, connective tissue, peripheral nervous system, throat and lungs, auditory system and skeletal system). The EDS spends an equal amount of time on each body system. (The sample display shown below depicts the control program operating during its "skeletal system" phase.)

As the session proceeds, you may have a deepening feeling of relaxation to the point that you may become unaware of your surroundings (your mind aspect may take a journey).  You might see visual patterns or colors.  You might see or feel nothing at all, but your mind/body will be appreciating the input anyway.

Since an EDS session deals with influencing mind/body energy, your own intent is critically important to the process.  As your session begins, give yourself an affirmation such as “I open my mind/body to this healing energy for my greatest good”.  Healing will not take place unless you will it so.
